Refund & Returns

1. No Refunds After Purchase:
- We regret to inform you that once you have made a purchase of any item from Homeless Streetwear, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
2. Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will gladly exchange the item for a replacement of the same item or a similar one if the original item is no longer in stock.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at Homeless1streetwear@gmail.com
- Provide details about the issue with your item and your order number.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address, if necessary.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria. If approved, we will ship out the replacement item to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable.
5. Shipping Costs:
- The cost of shipping for exchanges due to defects or damages will be covered by Homeless Streetwear.
- However, customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items for exchange.
6. Cancellation of Orders:
- We do not accept order cancellations once the order has been placed.
